Itu sebagai bentuk pengawasan dari Slank terhadap presiden terpilih nantinya. "Siapapun presidennya walaupun teman, kita harus tetap mengkritisi," ujar Bim bim saat ditemui di markasnya, Potlot, Duren Tiga, Jakarta Selatan. Lebih lanjut, Bimbim menegaskan bahwa siapapun berhak untuk mengawal dan mengkritis bahkan menegur presiden. Bukan hanya anggota DPR maupun MPR, band sekelas Slank pun bisa, terutama masyarakat.
