Dori mengaku mendapat upah Rp. 200 ribu untuk mengerahkan massa ke TPS tertentu dan dan mencoblos caleg Partai Demokrat atas nama Abdul Aziz, atas tindakan melanggar pasal 301 ayat 3 UU Pemilu No 8 Tahun 2012 itu, majelis hakim menjatuhkan hukuman denda Rp. 5 juta subsider kurungan 3 bulan.
