Adik kandung Andi Mallarangeng itu memberikan hak suara di TPS 01, Gondangdia, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat. "Saya pilih nomor satu," kata Rizal, Rabu (9/7/2014). Dia pun mengukapkan alasannya memilih capres dan cawapres yang diusung Partai Gerindra, PPP, Golkar, PBB, PAN, dan PKS itu.
